🐾Are your products suitable for all types and sizes of dogs?
Yes, our products are designed to fit all dogs, regardless of size or breed.

🧵What materials are used for your saddlery accessories?
Mocket selects strong and durable materials for the manufacture of saddlery accessories, for example genuine leather or polypropylene (or nylon) straps to withstand heavy loads.
🇫🇷 Where are your accessories manufactured?
Our accessories are made in France, particularly in Occitanie. Mocket is constantly seeking new local artisans to offer you unique, high-quality products.
⏱️What are the manufacturing lead times?
Mocket has no production delays. We ask our artisans to produce batches of our accessories so they are immediately available in the shop. Mocket may apply an additional delay to customizable products, which will be indicated when you select the product.

💵What are the delivery costs?
Mocket offers several carriers so you can choose the delivery option that suits you best:
- At a Mondial Relay collection point:
- €3.90 for packages under 1 kg
- €5 for parcels over 1 kg
- Colissimo home delivery without signature:
- €4.99 for parcels under 0.250 kg
- €6.99 for parcels under 0.500 kg
- €8.80 for packages under 1 kg
- €10.15 for parcels over 1 kg
- Chronopost home delivery:
- €19.20 for parcels up to 1 kg
Free delivery is offered for orders over €90; unfortunately, we cannot offer it for orders below that amount.
🚚What are the delivery times?
Your orders are prepared and shipped no later than the day after you place your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier:
- To a Mondial Relay collection point: 3 to 6 business days
- Colissimo home delivery without signature: 1 to 2 business days
- Chronopost home delivery: 1 business day, delivery before 6pm
📦Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Delivery is free for orders over €90. Unfortunately, we can't offer it for orders below this amount at the moment. Often, delivery is advertised as "free," but its cost is actually included in the product price. We prefer to be transparent and offer you fair prices, with no hidden fees. 😊
Returns and exchanges
🔄Can we return or exchange the products ordered?
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange a product in its new, complete, unused, unwashed condition and allowing for resale in new condition.

🚫Can personalized products be returned or exchanged?
Products customized on request cannot be returned or exchanged, and are therefore not eligible for a refund.
